Creating a new invoice
Click the "Create Invoice" button from the homepage or navigation to start a new invoice. Fill in your information, add items, and customize with your logo.
Saving drafts
Your work is automatically saved to your browser. You can also click "Save Draft" to manually save your progress.
Downloading invoices
Preview your invoice by clicking the "Preview" tab, then download it as a PDF with the "Download Invoice" button.
Adding your logo
Upload your company logo to make your invoice more professional and recognizable.
Tax, discount, and shipping
Add tax (percentage or fixed amount), discounts, and shipping costs to your invoice.
Multiple currencies
Choose from a variety of currencies to match your business needs.
Is this service completely free?
Yes! Our basic invoice generator is completely free to use with no limitations.
Do I need to create an account?
No account is required to create and download invoices. However, creating an account allows you to save and access your invoice history from any device.
Are my invoices stored on your server?
Without an account, your invoices are only stored locally in your browser. With an account, your invoices are securely stored on our servers.
Can I send invoices directly to clients?
Currently, you can download your invoice as a PDF and send it via email or other means. Direct sending functionality will be added in the future.
